As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our Freight Forwarding & Customs Clearing team in Windhoek and are looking for talented professionals who are ready to take their careers to the next level.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: FREIGHT FORWARDING & CUSTOMS CLEARING SPECIALIST

​

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and managing international freight movements while ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade requirements. This position requires strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage complex logistics operations across multiple jurisdictions.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Systems Mastery: Deep operational expertise in CargoWise One (CW1) and Asycuda to drive
    digital efficiency and accuracy.

  • Global Compliance: Advanced knowledge of international freight forwarding rules, cross-
    border laws, and customs regulations.

  • Carrier & Network Expertise: Extensive carrier knowledge with the ability to orchestrate
    complex, multi-modal sea and air freight routings worldwide.

  • Commercial Acumen: A solid operational understanding of marine insurance, risk
    mitigation, and international finance and banking processes related to global trade.
